This blog serves as a way for us to communicate with my Sister who is currently overseas, and I clarify, we are not professional bloggers or anything along those lines.

We welcome kind comments any time! Eg: You’d like to share how you created your version of a dish similar to ours, would like to exchange ideas on handling particular ingredients, etc.

Unkind criticisms, however, will not be posted because we hope to keep this blog free from anything that would ruin one’s appetite for a beautiful homecooked meal.
